Established in 1989, HMCT Archetype Press is located at ArtCenter College of Design in Pasadena, where we offer classes, workshops, and artist residencies. The Press boasts eleven Vandercook proof presses and an extensive collection of American and European metal foundry type, wood type, and ornaments residing in over 2,000 cases. Included are fonts from American Type Foundry, Hamilton Wood Type, Nebiolo, Bauer, Klingspor, and Stempel.
