MiraCosta Print is a student-run club at MiraCosta Community College dedicated to artists and printmakers. We build community, opportunity, and connection through workshops, demos, and artist talks. By linking students with established professionals, museums, and galleries, we help aspiring artists pave a successful path forward.
Over 20 Students have organized together to participate in this printmaking fair. At MiraCosta, we practice many different mediums of printmaking: silkscreen, relief printing, intaglio, and stone lithography. Each medium allows students to translate their unique styles into work that is truly special. From colorful screen prints of cats exploring self identity, to surreal horror lithographs, each student brings their own voice, intentions, and purpose to their art. When visiting our booth, be sure to ask about the story behind the work, and check the back of each print, where you will find the artist's name, social media, and website!
